Chicken Licken requires one person capable of operating both lighting and sound to be supplied by the venue.
1. LIGHTING There are only two lighting states - one bright general cover and a special state for a five minute shadow puppet sequence towards the beginning of the show.
2. SOUND The soundtrack is on minidisc. There are 3 tracks during the show as well as pre-show and playout music.

The stage area is about 4 meters by 4 meters. The show involves a bit of mess (straw and flour on stage).
The special lighting state is a dark stage with the area above the oven and the coop area dimly lit. If possible a special down light (positioned D/S of table) should be focussed just behind the trestle table
